Making a favorite fast-food breakfast sandwich cannot be easier, but you can use frozen biscuits that require baking only. You can make the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese breakfast in less than 30 minutes. It is better than a drive-thru breakfast. 

Ingredients

  • Buttermilk biscuits – 2 
  • Eggs – 2, large
  • Butter – 1 tbsp 
  • Shredded cheese – 1/4 cup 
  • Pork breakfast sausage roll – 1 

Method

Heat the oven to 375°F. Put 2 biscuits an inch apart on a small cookie sheet. Bake the biscuits for about 20 to 24 minutes until they turn golden brown. Meanwhile, start making the filling. Beat the eggs in a small bowl. Heat the butter over medium-high heat in a nonstick skillet. Heat it till it is hot and sizzling. Add the beaten eggs to the skillet and keep stirring continuously using a heat-resistant spatula. 

When eggs begin to thicken, stop stirring and let them cook for about 30 to 60 seconds. Fold the eggs in half and turn off the heat. Now top the eggs with shredded cheese. Cover the skillet until all cheese has melted over the eggs. Cut eggs in half and make the sausages. Now split the biscuits horizontally and place them on individual serving plates. 

On the bottom halves of the biscuit, place egg and sausage and cover the top halves of biscuits. Serve immediately!

Ingredients

  • Buttermilk biscuits – 4 to 5 
  • Brown sugar – 1 cup, packed 
  • Whipping cream – 1/2 cup 
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp, ground 

Method

Heat the oven to 350°F. Spray the cooking oil with the star-shaped fluted tube to the cake pan. Cut each biscuit in quarters and separate the dough into 10 biscuits. Now mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the biscuits. Put the mixture in the oven and bake it for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. 

Use a heat-proof plate and turn the pan upside down into the plate. For 5 minutes, let the pan stay over the biscuits. Serve immediately!

  • Southern homestyle refrigerated Southern Recipe Biscuit – 8 
  • Canadian Bacon – 8 oz, thinly sliced, chopped 
  • Eggs – 8 
  • Milk – 2 cups 
  • Hollandaise sauce mix – 1 package 
  • Chives – fresh chopped

Method

Heat the oven to 350°F and spray the glass baking dish with cooking spray. Separate the biscuits into 8 biscuits and place them in the baking dish. Now add the Canadian bacon and gently mix with the biscuit pieces. In a bowl, beat 8 eggs and add milk with a whisk. Make sure that the mixture is well blended. Pour it over the biscuit mixture and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

To check if the mixture is well baked, insert the knife in the center. If it comes out clean, it means that biscuits are perfectly puffed and the mixture is baked properly. Meanwhile, make the hollandaise sauce mix. Before serving, cut the casserole into squares and place it on the serving plate. Each serving should be topped with hollandaise sauce. You can garnish the chopped chives if required.

  • Flaky Layers refrigerated Original Biscuits – 1 
  • Frozen broccoli – 1 box

  • Whole milk or 2% milk – 1 1/2 cup 
  • Ham – 1 3/4 cups, diced, cooked
  • Green onions – 1/3 cup, chopped 
  • Cheddar cheese – 1 1/2 cups, shredded 

Method

Heat the oven to 350°F and spray the cooking spray over the glass baking dish. Put broccoli in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Make sure that it is thawed. Now separate the dough into 5 biscuits and cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Place the biscuit pieces evenly in the dish. Take a large bowl and beat the eggs and milk. 

In the mixture, stir the broccoli, onions, and ham with cheese. Pour the mixture into the biscuit dish. Bake it for 20 minutes. Cover the foil loosely and spray it with the cooking spray. Bake it for another 30 to 45 minutes. Make sure that the center is set. During the last 5 minutes, spread the remaining cheese. You can garnish it with green onions if required.

Method

Heat the oven to 350°F. For 4 minutes, cook the bacon over medium heat in a skillet. Don’t cook them enough that they become crispy. Now spray the cooking spray to the jumbo-sized muffin cup dish. Separate the dough into 8 biscuits. Now place 1 biscuit in each muffin cup. Press the dough three-fourths up the sides of the cup. 

Place 2 bacon slices in a cross in each cup. Now crack the over each cup. Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Before placing the baking dish in the oven, place a large piece of foil below the muffin pan. It will catch the drips during baking. Now, bake it for 25 to 30 minutes to make the egg whites set. Run the knife along the sides of the cup to loosen up the biscuit and bacon from the muffin cup dish. Serve when hot.

  • Refrigerated Crescent Dough Sheet – 1 can 
  • Eggs – 6 
  • Ham – 1 cup, diced, cooked
  • Red bell pepper – 1/2 cup, chopped 
  • Jack cheese blend – 1 1/2 cups, shredded

Method

Heat the oven to 375°F. Unroll the crescent dough and press it to the bottom of the glass baking dish. Keep 1 inch of the dough upsides. Now press the perforations to seal with a fork. Bake it for 7 to 9 minutes. It will set the dough in the baking dish. But do not make it brown. Beat the eggs in the medium bowl. 

Pour the egg mixture into the dough-lined pan. Spread the bell pepper, ham, and cheese over the egg mixture. Now put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 17 to 22 minutes. Bake it till the crust is brown, eggs are set and cheese is melted.
